Seafood-themed Community Potluck

Get ready to season your cast irons, dust your rolling pins, and fire up your grills for our annual Taste of Cordova community potluck featuring dishes made from locally-harvested foods! Bring a dish of your own, or stop by to sample bite-sized servings of each dish left in the spread while you enjoy a set by one of our talented Salmon Jam performers. The Taste of Cordova will be conveniently located on the Festival Grounds at Mt. Eyak Ski Area on Saturday from 3:00-5:00pm. Everyone is welcome to bring a dish to this seafood-themed community potluck. Locally-harvested ingredients are encouraged, especially:

  • Kelp (sea greens)
  • Oysters
  • Salmon
  • Halibut, Sablefish, or other local fish
  • Crab or Shrimp
